- Delivery typically takes 7 to 8 business days from the date of shipment for orders within India.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Delays
We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. However, any delays caused due to incorrect shipping details or lack of response from the customer (such as address verification or payment issues) are not the responsibility of Luna Shine Candles. In such cases, the delivery timeline may be extended, and we will notify you if there is a delay in processing.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and size of your order as well as the delivery location. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout.

6. Undeliverable Packages
In cases where a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other reasons beyond our control, it will be returned to our facility. We will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order is damaged or lost during transit, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the package or noticing the issue, and we will assist you with a resolution.
